CANCELLATION POLICY
At Sken Fetysh Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our business, the following policy is enforced: • Same-day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of 75% of the scheduled service total. • Clients who cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours of their appointment may forfeit their deposit. • Same-day reschedules are allowed one time as a courtesy if the new appointment is booked within 7 days of the original appointment date. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and will require a non-refundable booking fee for future appointments. • Arriving 15+ minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients. We understand that emergencies happen and appreciate your understanding as we continue to provide a luxury experience for every client. 💌
